Be the first to read "Leading Biotech Data Teams"!
I’m excited to announce that we’ve finished production on my mini-book about the Reciprocal Development Principles, “Leading Biotech Data Teams.” (Technically it’s an O’Reilly Report.) The kind folks at Saturn Cloud have covered the editing and publishing costs so that we can make it available for free through a download page that they created.
The book covers the 12 principles that I went through on this newsletter at the end of 2022 and the first few weeks of this year. As I was going over it all a second time, I noticed connections and ideas that I didn’t completely understand the first time. So the book includes much deeper insights than the original.
Physical copies are in the works as well, and I’ll have copies to hand out at ODSC East and Biot-IT World, where I’ll be presenting, both in Boston in May. Additional talks are in the works and I’ll keep you updated.
I hope this book inspires you to try new ways of working and coordinating your work.
